Happy Easter! and a Butterfinger Pie Recipe

Here's our tentative Easter Menu.

Now for the yummy pie recipe...

Butterfinger Pie

1 8 oz package cream cheese

1 16 oz carton cool whip

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

4 regular size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

2 prepared graham cracker crusts

Mix the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, & powdered sugar together until well blended.  Add the crushed candy bars (reserving some to sprinkle on the top if you like) and mix well.  Fold in the cool whip and pour into prepared graham cracker crusts. 

Optional toppings... chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, chopped nuts, crushed candy bars...
